This fused glass dish is created by glass artist Jen Smith in her home glass studio in Milwaukee, WI. This plate started as a 10" square piece of glass as the base. Pieces of color glass was added to create the design. Once the dish goes through an initial firing to fuse the pattern, it is then cooled and put back into the kiln to be slumped into shape.
